What we manage, and how reviews get shown
Vehicle Transport Reviews is an independent directory where real customers rate the vehicle-transport companies they have actually used. We are not a broker or carrier. We maintain each company profile from public FMCSA records, collect moderated customer reviews, and combine the two into a transparent VTR Score so shippers can compare fairly.
Only real, signed-in customers
You need an account to leave a review. We do not accept anonymous submissions, and we never publish paid or incentivised reviews.
Every review is moderated
Each submission is checked against our review policy before it goes live. We remove spam, fake, abusive or off-topic content, but we never remove a genuine review just because it is negative.
Companies cannot buy their way out
A business can claim its profile and respond publicly to reviews, but it cannot pay to alter, hide or delete genuine customer reviews, or to change its VTR Score.
Reviews build the VTR Score
Published reviews combine with public FMCSA compliance data to form a transparent 0 to 100 VTR Score for each company, shown on its profile.

How are the reviews on this site collected?
They are written by signed-in customers who have used a vehicle-transport company, then moderated by our team against our review policy before publishing. No anonymous, paid or incentivised reviews.
Can a company pay to remove a bad review?
No. Genuine reviews stay. We only remove content that breaks our review policy, such as spam, fake or abusive posts. A company can respond publicly, but it cannot erase honest feedback.
How do you verify reviews?
Every review is tied to a registered account and moderated before publishing. Where a transaction or ownership is confirmed, the review is marked Verified.
Where do published reviews appear?
On the relevant company profile page and in the recent-reviews feed on this page. They also feed into that company transparent VTR Score.
How is the VTR Score related to reviews?
The VTR Score blends public FMCSA compliance data with moderated customer reviews into a single 0 to 100 figure, so you can compare companies at a glance. Companies cannot pay to change it.
