We are built differently: our job is to give you honest, verifiable information so you can make an informed choice, not to sell you to the highest bidder.
What we do
We bring public company information into one place, FMCSA operating authority and insurance status, service coverage, contact details and company background, and present it alongside a transparent VTR Score and moderated customer reviews. Instead of marketing claims, you compare companies on facts.
Where our information comes from
- FMCSA data: we surface each carrier’s operating authority, MC and USDOT numbers and insurance status from public Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration records.
- Moderated customer reviews: real, first-hand experiences from signed-in users, checked before they are published.
- Editorial research: practical guides and comparisons written to help you understand your options.
How the VTR Score works
The VTR Score (0-100) combines FMCSA compliance, years in business and moderated reviews into a single, easy-to-read number. It is calculated automatically and cannot be bought. You can read the full method on our How the VTR Score Works page.
Our independence
We are not a carrier or a broker, and we do not transport vehicles or arrange shipments. Any sponsored placement is always clearly labelled and never affects a company’s VTR Score or ranking. We separate verifiable facts from marketing, and we do not accept payment to change reviews, ratings or placement.
