What we moderate
- Reviews are checked before publishing against our Review Policy.
- Listing submissions and company claims are reviewed before a profile is published or transferred.
- Messages and form submissions are screened for spam and abuse.
What we remove
We remove spam, fake or incentivised content, abuse, personal data posted without consent, and anything unlawful.
Neutral, factual language
Editorial summaries aim to describe verifiable facts and to separate them from marketing claims. We do not accept payment to alter reviews, ratings or the VTR Score.
How decisions are made
Moderation combines automated checks with human review. We aim to be consistent and fair, and to act quickly on reports.
